the hotel’s pools were practically unusable, and no one seemed to care when I sought help. I was definitely expecting preferential treatment given the price I paid, but the staff didn’t even offer a complimentary snack. also, the sliding glass door to the balcony was a workout! you’d think that’s a pretty basic fix, right?
